I just ran a new character and completed quests:

All of a sudden I have no new quests? Quite odd as I just ran two other characters past this point previously...with the exceptions of the following that I am lost on though I had not completed these previously:
[Normal] Collect Flowers, [Nightmare] Dangerous Grounds
